Cape Verde - Published in 2010Kriol Jazz Festival, whose first edition took place this year in Praia, will be back to Cape Verde capital on the 9th and the 10th April next year.

According to the Harmonia Produções, one of the responsible for the organisation of the Festival, the next year's Edition
will follow the same line of this year, which is already in the list a range of Cape Verdean artists, although without a
names definition."

USA - Published in 2009This is the first edition of Kriol Jazz Festival and it is intended to become an annual event, portraying a cultural interchange among the many countries of Kriol expression and others, based in the same musical influences.
"The city’s Praça Dr. António Lereno, located in historic Plateau (Praia), will be the stage for this ambitious event, which is a result of a partnership between the city of Praia and Capeverdean music label/distributor Harmonia Lda.
