Opening festival with Vasco | 2010

The 2nd edition of Kriol Jazz Festival will open on April 8 with a concert by major contemporary composer Vasco Martins. An event realized in partnership with the Centro Cultural Português in Praia.

Edition 2011 | 2011

The third edition of the Kriol Jazz Festival - Praia will take place this year the 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th of April at Praia, in the island of Santiago, Cape Verde.

In two editions the KJF festival has succeeded in establishing itself as one of the unmissable events of the cultural life in archipelago.

Photos Exhibition | 2012

In tribute to Cesária Évora, the festival organizes an exhibition of photos taken by french photographer Eric Mulet who accompanied the diva throughout her career.
